Pricing Policy
Prices on www.nordiccab.com/us are subject to change without notice. Items shipped to addresses within Massachusetts are subject to 6.25% MST. For items shipped to residents of other states, sales tax will not be added.
Colorado: We are not required to collect Colorado sales taxes on your purchase from this website. However, beginning March 1, 2010 we are required to notify you, as a Colorado purchaser, that your purchase from this website may require you to file a sales or use tax return and pay the appropriate sales or use tax directly to the State of Colorado. The application of sales or use tax to your purchase may depend upon the type of product that you purchased and your status as a taxpayer. Please consult a tax professional or the Colorado Department of Revenue if you have questions.
Return Policy
We accept returns/exchanges up to (30) thirty days from the date of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping of your item. If you would like, we can send you a return-shipping label. For exchanges, all return shipping costs will be billed to you. For refunds, they will be deducted.

All returns/exchanges must be in new condition, complete with original box, instructions, warranty cards, etc. If you send us a return/exchange that is not complete, a restocking fee will be charged. All packages refused by customers without prior written consent will be charged for return shipping. The fee will be 20% of the sales price of the item(s), not to exceed $50. Refunds are issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Returns on items that qualified for free shipping will have the cost of original shipping deducted from the refund amount - in addition to return shipping cost.
Please note – should you receive the wrong items, or your items were damaged during shipping, a return shipping label will be provided free of charge.
